Our Search Tab is available for you on our home page and on the left sidebar on all product pages.
Use parameters available in Search Tab to narrow down the results to your liking. Displayed bellow the Search Tab is a list of additional search parameters for even more precise search results.
Clicking on the Show Entire Offer button, all available products will be shown, regardless of search parameters.
Click on the Search now button and within couple of seconds search results will be displayed. These are all products that match search parameters set in the Search Tab and are available for either direct booking or inquiry.
For each product you will find the following information:
- Name of the product (hotel, tour, excursion, transfer)., and its category
- Country, region and destination where product is located
- Price of the product
Clicking on Available rooms within the hotels tab in search results will show you all available accommodation units.
Clicking on the name of the hotel, detailed overview of the hotel will be displayed. Here you can find detailed information of the hotel, map location, cancellation policy information, information about destination, photo galleries, special offers and information about all other available services.
For more information about the accommodation unit or particular service click on More Info link displayed in each accommodation unit and service tab.
For specific details and conditions for Special Offers click on “Special offer details” link displayed in each accommodation unit in accommodations detailed view page.
It is possible that search results will not meet your parameters and wishes. If that happens feel free to forward us request by email to email@example.com , providing us with description of accommodation or services you require, number of adults and children and planned period of traveling.
According to search results system will display either Book or Send inquiry button, depending on availability.
Book button means that particular accommodation unit or service is immediately available. End result of the booking process will be confirmed reservation.
Send inquiry button means that particular accommodation unit is not immediately available. End result of the booking process will be inquiry forwarded to our booking staff, who will respond to it within 24 hours.
It is important that you follow all necessary steps in booking process, and that you provide us with accurate data. Some fields in reservation form are mandatory. Such fields are marked with an asterisk.
We take no responsibility for possible damages and additional costs that may occur due to data inaccuracy.
Bookings are considered valid only after minimum 30% of total amount of confirmed services is paid.
You will be able to download all necessary documents for your trip after 100% of total amount of confirmed services is paid.
If accommodation unit or service is immediately available, at the end of booking process you will be offered to pay minimum required or full amount for services booked by credit card or by bank transfer.
By choosing credit card payment you will be redirected to gateway provider for secured credit card transaction in real time.
By choosing bank transfer you will be able to download an offer with all necessary data for bank transaction. We will wait for your payment to arrive to our bank account not more than 72 hours. After that time, your reservation is automatically cancelled.
If accommodation unit or service is not immediately available, at the end of booking process you will be offered to choose the way you would like to pay for your reservation. Depending on your choice, our confirmation will provide you either with data for bank transaction or with the link to the secured page for credit card transactions.
